Aluminium is the go-to where weight matters or a part lives outdoors without a coating. We cut, fold, weld and assemble aluminium sheet and plate in-house, from panels and enclosures to brackets and lightweight assemblies.
Aluminium is softer than steel and welding it needs the right technique and filler, so it pays to use a fabricator who does it regularly. We hold tolerance and finish across a batch so parts go together the same way every time.

Which aluminium grades do you fabricate?
5251 and 5083 form and weld well, 6082 is stronger, and we work other grades on request. Tell us the application and we will advise.
Can you weld aluminium assemblies?
Yes, in-house, using the correct technique and filler for the grade. From brackets to full welded assemblies.
Do you finish aluminium parts?
Anodising, powder coating and paint are arranged through trusted partners and delivered as a complete part.
