JEM Sheet Metal was established in 1976 and incorporated as JEM Sheet Metal and Engineering Ltd in 2000. Forty-nine years on, we deliver precision metalwork to tight tolerances, at competitive prices, from our Stockport workshop.
We handle the whole chain in-house – CAD and reverse engineering, laser cutting up to 25mm, CNC folding and punching, welding and full fabrication, including specialist stainless steel work. Keeping every step under one roof means fewer hand-offs, tighter tolerances and lead times we can hold, whether it’s a single prototype or a scheduled production run.
We’re also part of a wider engineering group, which gives us access to capabilities and capacity beyond our own workshop. So if you need a process or finish that isn’t listed here, please still get in touch – more often than not, we can help, or point you to someone in the group who can.
