Our Stockport facility operates high-speed CNC laser cutting and folding systems configured for 24-hour manufacturing. We maintain strict 0.2mm tolerances across all production runs.

CNC Punching
100-tonne multi-axis press brakes handling sheets up to 3 metres. Precision offline programming ensures exact bend angles across high-volume production batches.
Amada Alpha laser systems with 3000mm x 1500mm bed capacity. Cuts mild steel up to 20mm, stainless up to 12mm, and aluminium up to 10mm.
High-speed CNC punching and heavy-duty guillotine shearing. Handles rapid perforating, slotting, and blanking of sheet metal up to 6mm thickness.
Mill-certified material stock
We source fully traceable, mill-certified metals from accredited UK distributors. Every delivery includes material test reports to guarantee structural integrity and precise chemical composition.
Stocked Metals
In-house metal finishing
Mild Steel (CR4, HR4, S275, S355), Stainless Steel (304, 316 marine grade), and Aluminium (1050, 5083, 6082). All kept in climate-controlled storage to prevent surface oxidation.
Powder coating in all standard RAL colours, zinc plating, and anodising. We deliver fully finished, deburred, and ready-to-assemble components direct to your production line.
